Selling your home can be such a stressful process but Justin lead us in the most thoughtful, no nonsense professional manner. He outlined details from the outset and set up our expectations so we could proceed, eyes open and realistic. It took us a few months to finally commit to listing after our first meeting and we knew he was our realtor. He guided us to a price point and expectations for our specific location, and then set up all the details. Photo session and marketing materials and an added bonus to meet with his colleagues in a major market that may tap into our specific location. Justin went above and beyond in every aspect of the home-buying process. He helped me secure a condo in Kelowna with great attention to detail and personal touch. I can’t imagine anyone providing a more professional and better service than him! Specifically, he was kind enough to pick me up from the airport when I flew into town to look at places. He also picked me up from my hotel and had organized a full itinerary of viewings for the weekend I was visiting. I had mentioned a specific location in the downtown area I was interested in, and he promptly got in touch with his colleagues and arranged a viewing in that building later in the evening.
