McKinley is one of the area's newest developments.  This sub-area has some of the more modern-style homes.  A small McKinley amenities fee applies to each property.  This fee is 0.15% of the assessed value of the property.  This fee is paid annually.  The covenant allows for a fee of up to 0.30%, though 0.15% is the target number to maintain.
