Justin went above and beyond in every aspect of the home-buying process. He helped me secure a condo in Kelowna with great attention to detail and personal touch. I can’t imagine anyone providing a more professional and better service than him! Specifically, he was kind enough to pick me up from the airport when I flew into town to look at places. He also picked me up from my hotel and had organized a full itinerary of viewings for the weekend I was visiting. I had mentioned a specific location in the downtown area I was interested in, and he promptly got in touch with his colleagues and arranged a viewing in that building later in the evening. Justin was easily accessible over text and phone and explained the whole home-buying process very well. There was never a moment that I was left in confusion, and he was fully transparent about his role and opinions on all the properties. I fully felt as though he had my best interest in mind and I am extremely happy with the property I purchased with his guidance. Additionally, he offered great insight into the culture of Kelowna and took me on a short tour through the city so I could be more familiar with my new home. He even unlocked my apartment for a furniture shipment while I was still out of town! On my day of arrival to Kelowna, he met me at the apartment to exchange keys and I was welcomed with an incredibly thoughtful housewarming gift with specific ties to conversations we had months ago!
